Might
Say I Am A Dreamer
Last night I had a beautiful dream,
About life and all it could mean.
I dreamt how beautiful it was to live,
All the peoples of the world learned to give.
Humankind used their highest level of thought,
Making wars no longer, Peace was taught.
Prejudice was a thing in the past; all humans became equal at last.
The cry of hunger and pain was no longer heard everyday,
Humankind helped each other along the way.
How beautiful it was to live.
How great to give
Peace at last
War and hate crimes in the dim past
All humankind became the manifestation of LOVE.
With a start I woke up from this beautiful dream,
Opened my ears and eyes only to hear all of civilizations cries.
With tears of sorrow falling down my face,
I prayed we would all come together and change this place.
